                                             :  Breakthrough  :

This week's been really really hectic for me personally. School works' been pilling up since I came back from Australia.  Family has been really miserable lately, problems here and there...parents getting so stressed up with their work. And because of the stressfulness, they tend to get very bad tempered when they are at home so that's the cause of misery in the house. Sometimes I just feel like getting out of home for awhile. This week, I just wished God can just struck me dead and bring me to heaven to be with Him. Getting out of this stressful and hectic world would be the greatest thing!

But, bad times always lie on the journey of our lives. Its through bad times that God sharpens and strengthens the faith of His children. Through bad times, we began to grow, and to learn not to fall into the same mistake again. In life, there's not short cuts...God wants us to go to the highest mountains and the deepest valley to reach our destination. Just picture yourself jungle tracking, and there are two ways for you to choose. First one would be the easy way, just walk another few more kilometers to reach your destination. But the second one gotta be a tougher one, you gotta do hiking up to the hill, or other stuffs to reach your destination. Which one would you choose? The first one, we just gotta walk the same track for another few more kilometers, that's it. But the second one would be a greater experience, by doing more and tougher works, though its hard at first but get to enjoy better views and weather on the hill. So through bad times, we know that God is working in our lives! God is bringing us for hiking, a tougher way! Instead of walking the same track, it can be pretty boring and get nothing in the end. God is bringing us the tougher way, preparing us for good views in the later part of life! Bringing glory to His name! So whenever you think life's so meaningless or life's so hard or anything, think of the later part of the journey! See what God has prepared for us!

It was the second last day of Chinese New Year - Chor 14. My family and other relatives met up at Klang for seafood. When we left our house, quarrelling started in the car...sorry, not going into details. So I began to pray desperately to God, I told Him " Lord, please restore the relationship in my family; help my parents, open doors for them;  give me a sign of You Lord! ". That was a short part of my prayer, hehe. On the later part of the journey, everyone kept quiet in the car...and suddenly there's this car passed by me. On the car, there's this sticker that has the word ' Breakthrough ' on it, I guess all of you've seen it before. I've seen it many times, but this time was different...the moment I saw it, I felt something. I felt like it was God that's talking to me, so I began to give thanks to Him. God has shown me what I'm hiking for in life, there's ' Breakthrough ' waiting for me on the hill top. So hiking is like bad times in life, but after the hiking...there's always good views and good things waiting for us on the hill top. Even Jesus gone through sufferings, mockeries, wipping, and crucifixion before He was resurrected on the third day! So Whenever we go through bad times, think of what's waiting for us on the hill top. God has marvelous plans for each of us, and bad times are God's sharpeners to sharpen us!

Psalm 58:11- Then men will say, "Surely the righteous still are rewarded; surely there is  a God who judges the earth."

Whuuu...Its been a long time since I last updated my blog, all because of my laziness. Aihss... Well, God has been really good to me for the past few weeks...there's just so much to share about what God has done just for the past few weeks. Its Friday, February 17th, 2:45a.m now....and a few hours later, I'll be heading to KLIA to catch my 9:30a.m flight to Perth, Australia for one week! I'm just praying and hoping that God would use this one week trip to build a stronger relationship in my family! Before leaving for Australia, just wanna share with you how did my Chinese New Year went la! hehe...

This year's Cny has been a quiet one for me. Maybe its because my mum and other relatives were in Taiwan during the beginning of the Cny to attend my cousin's wedding. Me, my dad, bro, and sis had McDonalds for reunion dinner after a movie! Haha, can you believe that? I spent most of my Cny with my family and relatives la, and also most of the time sleeping and eating. As a result, I gained weight again. Aihss... That's what I dislike about Cny, enjoy first but pay the price later... This year's ang pao! I thought it would probably be lesser than the previous years because we didn't do much of visitings this year, and not much people came visiting too. But it turn out to be the most! After so many years! Haha, wanna thank God for all these blessings la!

On the 5th day of Cny which is known as " chor 5 " in mandarin...I spent a 4 hrs trip to Genting Highlands with my friends. We left K.L at about 10 sth p.m and reached Genting Highlands almost 12 a.m. It was fun though, even though it was just a short while but the fellowship among us was just great! The climate in Genting Highlands was awesome! I'm lovin it!

Here are some pictures taken during Cny and Genting Highlands

While waiting for my family to get themselves ready to leave the house.

Haha, was getting bored and nothing better to do.

Super blur look.

That night was unusually foggy.

Haha, I just love foggy pictures! B.e.a.utiful!

Hey, here's a rap? poem? I think its more like a reminder of what Jesus Christ has done for you and me. He has died for all our sins, saving us from the fire of hell! Do spend one or two minutes reading it. Its written by one of the Vineyard homeschooler, you know who you are! Still don't understand why you don't wanna let people know you wrote it la! Its so well written! Do you guys think so? If you do, drop a comment! Thanks, Enjoy!

                       :  The Promise  :

Sometimes when you feel that your sins have consumed you,
and there's no way to break free from all the torment it's causing you,
there's a verse in the bible that says "I will never leave you nor forsake you".
whose this man we all question?
whose this man in which loving us is His only intention?
that man's name is Jesus Christ.
He gave His life for a sacrifice.
For only His perfect life could suffice.
He was nailed to a cross broken and bloodied,
Yet He thought of you even through the things you did.
slowly He was tortured, nailed on the cross for your heavenly part.
He could have asked angels to save Him, yet from His sufferings He did not depart.
Slowly as the life ebbed from His crushed body,
He shouted His dying words.
"O Lord why hast Thou forsaken me".
And with that, He lay His head down and departed.
The Saviour, whose life had been given to all those who wanted.
Did the story end there? NO!
death could not contain him.
for in three days He rose again
He met with his desciples before He went home again
but before He went He gve His disciples one thing-
the Holy Spirit to help us with our new being,
if you accept that Man and believe His story.
you will go to heaven, to that place He's making for you eternally.

                                                             :  2006  :

1st January 2006, I've made a commitment to God  that no matter what it takes in the days to come, I'll still serve Him, no matter what. This year's watchnight camp wasn't as fun as last year's cause we only have one night there, but the service was just great, the presence of God was so powerful! Even it was just a time of prayer, I could feel God's presence so strongly that I couldn't hold my tears but let it flow out of my eyes. And the testimonies that the church shared, about what God has done in 2005, they've blessed me so much!

Left Golden Sands Baptist at about 1+, and reach home at bout 4. Immediately after unpacking, I followed mum to the cemetary to pay my auntie a visit. When we were at my auntie's grave, looking at her photo on the tomb stone, it just reminded me of the days that my auntie was still around. This auntie of mine, she's one of the greatest person and mentor in my life. She took care of me and my siblings since we were little, to her we were like her children cause she doesn't have any. Whenever we needed her, she's always there. My auntie, she's a really humble person. She lives a very simple life even though she's consider wealthy. She spent most of her money on others instead of herself. And one thing that I admire about her is that, she helps without complaining, she always helps willingly. And I remembered she told me that, its good to help others and when you help, don't complain, your rewards will be in Heaven. She has been a GREAT blessing and influence in my life, and my family as well. Even though at times, I took her for granted and being rebellious to her, her loves for me still remains the same, she shows a genuine love to just anyone in the family even my cousins! She passed away on the 1st of January 2001, because of cancer. Somehow, I just thank God that He took her home, I believe God saw that pain that she was going through so He took her home. Praise God that my auntie is now in paradise with Jesus! It has been 5 yrs since she left us, and still when I think of her, tears do flow from my eyes and regretting how I treated her when she was still around. I miss her so so so much! One lesson that I've learned here, never take a person for granted when he/she's still around, you never know what's gonna happen tomorrow. Love each other around you when you still have the chance.

After that we went over to UKM to visit Sandra and Shirley's grandma who has admitted to the hospital few days ago. Mum was just chit-chatting with her, and I was beside listening to their conversations. Suddenly she just started sharing her testimonies, and I enjoyed them so much. By listening to those testimonies, I just felt joy in me and joy that I know such a great and awesome God! When we were walking out UKM, passed by some of the patient rooms, watching the patient lying down on their beds, some in pain and some seem so lonely. These people just touched my heart, hard to explain that kind the feeling that I was having but I really have passion for these people, to get them saved and let them experience God before anything happen to them. This year, V2's planning to start a hospital ministry! Its a good chance! Hahahaha....
